Advanced Standing & Exemptions
Credit towards qualifications offered at Greencity International College may be granted to applicants with qualifications from other recognized educational institutions, including colleges, polytechnics and universities.

 

Procedures

1. Application for Admission

In order to apply for admission into Greencity International College, please complete the Application Form and submit with the following documents:
Certified copies of your academic qualification(s) with a certified translated copy in English (if applicable)

A. Student in Original Country

  • Application Form
  • Passport Photocopy Full Set  – (4 sets)
  • Photo with blue background (size 50mm height x 35mm wide) – (8 pcs)
  • Certificate & Transcript ( Translated in English with endorsement )
  • NOC for Sub-saharan country
  • Application Fees : RM 2,500
  • Passport Information page with photo in colour – (3 sets)

 

B. Additional Document For Transfer College

(For Existing College)

  • Release Letter
  • Copy of student pass shorten by JIM
  • Copy of attendance with endorsement
  • Copy of transcript with endorsement

 

2. Telegraphic Transfer Details
You can opt to bank in cheques directly or via telegraphic transfer (tt).  The bank account details are as follows:

Once the deposit/transfer is made, you must fax the deposit TT receipt to: +603 2032 2282 with the following information for the university’s further action and records: 

  • Student’s name
  • Passport number
  • Course title
  • Payment details

 

Upon receiving the receipt and required information, and also after verifying payment has been credited into the College’s bank account, the College will send to you an official receipt for the payment received.

3. Admission Letter
Once the Application Form has been received with complete documentation and payment, the letter of offer and payment receipt will be issued and sent to you within 2 weeks.

Applicants are required to meet the College’s minimum level of entry.
