Visa & Immigration
All international students are required to apply for a Student Pass to study in Malaysia. It will usually take around 45 days to obtain approval for a Student Pass. Hence, you are advised to submit your application 2 months prior to the commencement date of each intake.
Upon submission of the completed Application Form with the relevant documents and payment stipulated in the Admission section, Greencity International College will proceed to apply for your Student Pass from Malaysia.
Letter from Malaysian Immigration
Upon approval of the Student Pass, Greencity will send you an approval letter from the Malaysian Immigration Department. For immigration clearance, you will need to produce this approval letter upon arrival at the airport.
Visa Requirement (if applicable)
If the regulations in your country require you to obtain an Entry Visa before leaving the country, you will have to make such application at the nearest Malaysian Embassy/Consulate Office. Otherwise, you may proceed to Malaysia without a visa. However, a visa will be issued to you after you arrive in Malaysia.
